Booking policy & Conditions

Please read all of the following

  • Books are now open for consultations! Ciana will be redirecting her photography business from portraiture to more editorial, beauty & fashion.

  • Any shoots that don’t align with creative vision will be turned away.

Booking Conditions:

  • 18 years of age & up

  • I will no longer shoot children, sweet 16’s , high school graduations etc.

  • No events (baby showers, dinners, etc.)

  • I am turning away extremely nude shoots or vulgar shoots especially without creative direction.

  • Deposits are due at the time of booking the consultation. 

  • Remaining balances are due the morning of the photoshoot.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 40% of the shoot cost is required to book your session. Deposits are non-refundable and are taken from the balance of the photoshoot. 

The remaining balance is due at the end of the photoshoot and must be paid either Apple Pay or Zelle. Absolutely NO cash will be accepted.

Once your package is booked, it cannot be changed. It cannot be switched with another package no refunds are issued for any differences.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the client should do so up until 48 hours from the shoot time. If a client plans to reschedule within 48 hours prior to the shoot it will result in a reschedule fee of $35. Cancellations may result in full balance being owed.

PHOTOS

Photo count for high-end edits varies per package. Please review packages carefully to see how many edits are included.  Online galleries will be sent with applicable packages. Additional edits can be purchased. Turnaround time begins at the day you select your final edits. Turnaround for edits are 7-10 business days meaning you CAN get your photos back sooner than 7-10 days but no longer than 10 business days. ** Keep In mind based on availability photos can be finished before turn around time  Online Galleries will be available for 2 weeks after upload and clients will be notified via email prior to closing. Photos can be downloaded from an online gallery with proofing watermarks for free. Watermarks can be removed for an additional fee of $100

PACKAGES

I only offer packages in studio or on location. I do not capture events, weddings, videos, or children photos.
All packages can be tailored to customers needs and requirements. Please contact the photographer if you would like to request something  for your package.

All packages are available for locations that require additional travel for a travel fee. Travel fee’s will be charged by mile. If you would like more information please contact the photographer. 


STUDIO PHOTOSHOOTS

All studio photoshoots are based on rented studio time. This means your session time is reserved at a studio. We are not permitted to go over our rented time and most case extensions are not allowed. Please come on time and shoot ready for all studio looks especially if our goal is to achieve multiple looks in one session. 

Photo studio does not offer props other than chairs and stools. If there is a desired look, the client will be responsible for all props the photographer doesn’t have.

For boudoir photoshoots privacy sessions are available if requested. For more information please contact the photographer.

All photoshoots in studio will be a 2 hour minimum. Although there is more time please come prepared best to your ability. The extra studio time gives the photographer and client time needed to address any changes or conflicts if necessary. 

Usage and Rights

Client Usage Rights:

• Clients may use images for personal use only. Commercial use requires additional licensing.

Photographer’s Portfolio:

• Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Copyright:

• All images remain the copyright of the photographer.

Additional Fees

Travel Fees:

Travel within 30 miles is included. Additional mileage is charged at $1/mile.

Rush Editing:

Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee of 1 day rush = $100, 2 day rush = $75, 3 day rush = $50, 4 day rush =$35

Client Responsibilities

Preparation:

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, including makeup, hair, and outfits unless specified otherwise.

Client is also responsible for any fee for a shoots on location outside of Ciana’s preferred studio. Client is responsible for studio costs, rental costs, etc if necessary.

Behavior:

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of the session without a refund.
